How long will it take for my order to ship out?

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks of processing time for all orders. Made to order products may take up to 4 weeks to send out. If you need your products by a certain date, please reach out BEFORE placing your order.

International

All international shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Import Fees, Duties & Taxes:

Canada, US, UK

Import fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes are included in the sale price.

International

Import fees, duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. It will be collected upon delivery by the carriers for international packages. These charges are the recipients responsibility as we only charge the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Do you allow local curbside pick up?

Local pickup is available in Toronto, ON, Canada. Contact us to set up pickup time.

Do you take customized orders?

Yes we do! We work with you to make your vision a reality. We create all kinds of gifts and sets including:

bridesmaids/groomsmen box sets, corporate/team building event boxes, company logo branded products, personalized gift sets, cups and phone cases, birthday specialty gift boxes/sets and much more.

Can I add my own image or text to items?

Most of our inventory is fully customizable. If there is a specific image or text you would like crafted onto any of our products, please email us at info@detailedbyme.ca

Is the color on my display the exact color I will receive?

Actual print colors may vary slightly from the colors on your device screen. Our goal is to color match and ensure your products are true to the color on your device screen. Every display shows colors differently and everyone sees colors differently. For this reason we cannot guarantee the color you see perfectly matches the color of the product.

What are the recommended aftercare for your products?

Cups, Mugs and Glassware:

All our products are handcrafted and should NOT be put through a dishwasher. Although they are made with permanent materials, we recommend gentle cleaning and hand-washing. 

Clothing:

- Turn your garments inside out
- Machine wash on cold (no bleach)
- Dry on low heat

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns since our products are handcrafted and personalized with permanent materials. If there are any defects, damages or issues with your products contact us immediately and we will work with you to make it right.

Detailed By Me Inc. will not be responsible for any charges incurred due to returned parcels including shipping. Please note that returned parcels are subject to a 15% restock fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Lost or Stolen Packages?

Once your order has been shipped, Detailed By Me Inc. is not held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with an address or destination please contact the courier service directly (ex. USPS, Canada Post, etc) to have this corrected. 

Package undeliverable and being returned to sender?

Once your order has been shipped, Detailed By Me Inc. is not held responsible or liable for any undelivered packages. Please contact the courier through which your package is being delivered. 

Canada and US ONLY:

For any package that is deemed undeliverable and being returned to sender please reach out to Detailed By Me Inc. regarding next steps.

International:

All international shipments that are deemed undeliverable are NOT returned to Detailed By Me Inc. Customers are responsible for contacting the courier and arranging updated delivery instructions if necessary. Detailed By Me Inc. does NOT provide refunds for undeliverable packages. Please monitor your tracking information closely.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order are subject to a non-refundable 15% cancellation fee. Any cancellations thereafter are not guaranteed to be refunded as your products will have begun production.
